L'International Institute for Management Development est une école de management située à Lausanne, Suisse.
Elle a été créée en 1990 par la fusion de l'IMI Genève (créée en 1946 par Alcan) et l'IMEDE (créée en 1957 par Nestlé). L'IMD a été créée par l'industrie pour les besoins de l'industrie.
Elle occupe les premiers rangs dans le classement des MBA européens et mondiaux[1].
La faculté de l'IMD compte 55 professeurs a temps plein et propose un programme MBA ainsi que de nombreux programmes spécifiques pour entreprises.
Elle est présidée en 2009 par le professeur John R. Wells.
