Ichikawa (市川市, Ichikawa-shi) est une ville (市, shi) de la préfecture de Chiba, au Japon. La ville a été fondée le 3 novembre 1934 par la fusion des bourgs d'Ichikawa, Motoyawata et Nakayama, ainsi que du village de Kokubun. La population de la ville est de 474 992 habitants pour une superficie de 57.40 km² (2010).
Ichikawa est jumelée avec les villes de Gardena, Californie, États-Unis depuis 1962, et Medan, Sumatra, Indonésie depuis 1989.
