Henry Le Bœuf est un banquier, mécène et mélomane belge né à Schaerbeek en 1874, mort en 1935.
Gendre d'Albert Thys dont il épousa la fille Louise, il a laissé son nom à la salle principale du Palais des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles (1929, 2 200 places), dont il a promu la fondation et le financement. Cette salle fut construite par l'architecte Victor Horta.
Henry Le Bœuf occupait le château de son beau-père à Dalhem et il a contribué à l'embellissement de cette localité par diverses interventions urbanistiques toujours visibles de nos jours : embellissements de maisons et ruines médiévales, restauration de l'hôtel de ville (plaque commémorative scellée dans le pignon), construction de résidences pour artistes et musiciens en particulier, pavement de diverses rues.
