Fluxys est le gestionnaire du réseau de transport de gaz en Belgique. En 2004, il comptait environ 850 employés et ses infrastructures comprenaient environ 3 700 km de conduites ainsi que le terminal gazier de Zeebrugge. La société est cotée sur Euronext. Tractebel possède environ 40 % de Fluxys ce qui en fait une filiale de Suez (groupe).
Historique
La société a été créée en 2001 par scission de Distrigaz en deux entités.
