Douglas Reed (1895-1976) est un journaliste et essayiste britannique.

Biographie
Reed est engagé volontaire durant la Première Guerre mondiale dans l'armée britannique. Dans les années 1930, il sera un correspondant du journal The Times en Allemagne[1]
Théories
Dans son livre paru en 1938, Insanity Fair, il dénoncera la mégalomanie d'Adolf Hitler. Il a développé une théorie du complot juif dans son livre La controverse de Sion, dans lequel il explique que les juifs ont instrumentalisé les deux guerres mondiales et en prépareraient une troisième dans le but d'installer un gouvernement mondial[2]. Il était également anticommuniste et opposé à la décolonisation de l'Afrique.
