Cremin est une commune suisse du canton de Vaud, située dans le district de la Broye-Vully.
Origine du nom de la commune
Cremin, doit son nom au Grand Marais, maintenant asséché. Originellement appelée Crêt-Marc, soit « le Crêt sur le marais », elle s'est ensuite appelée Cumar, puis Cremin[réf. nécessaire].
