Brooke Smith (née le 22 mai 1967 à New York aux États-Unis) est une actrice américaine principalement connue pour son rôle de Dr. Erica Hahn dans la série télévisée Grey's Anatomy. Elle quitte la série lors de l'épisode 7 de la saison 5, en novembre 2008, en raison de désaccords avec la chaîne ABC qui diffuse la série aux Etats-Unis[1].
