The Royal Regiment of Canada ou RRC, littéralement « Le Régiment royal du Canada », est un régiment d'infanterie légère de la Première réserve des Forces canadiennes stationné à Toronto en Ontario. Il fait partie du 32e Groupe-brigade du Canada sous le Commandement de la Force terrestre. C'est le plus grand régiment de la Première réserve de l'armée de terre.

Seconde Guerre mondiale

The Royal Regiment of Canada fait partie avec les Fusiliers Mont-Royal et le Black Watch of Canada du désastreux débarquement de Dieppe le 19 août 1942 où ils subissent d'énormes pertes ; les plus importantes que des troupes canadiennes eurent à subir.

The Royal Regiment of Canada fait aussi partie des troupes canadiennes qui débarquent en Normandie et participe à la bataille de Normandie en 1944. Il prend part au sein de la 2e division d'infanterie canadienne aux opérations Atlantic, Spring et Totalize pour la prise de Falaise.
