Philadelphia, surnommé Philly, est la marque commerciale d'un cream cheese créé en 1880 aux États-Unis. Cette « crème de fromage » est connue pour son association avec un bagel au déjeuner ou pour son utilité spécifique dans la recette du cheesecake original à la New-Yorkaise, qui lui donnerait une texture et un goût incomparables avec l'emploi d'autres fromages blancs ou crèmes fraîches.
Fromage industriel le plus vendu au monde[1], il est commercialisé en France par la société Kraft Foods depuis avril 2011. Il est le principal concurrent du St Môret fabriqué par le groupe Bongrain qui détenait 45% des parts du marché français des fromages frais à tartiner en 2010[2].
