Knoxville Girls est un supergroupe de rock créé à la fin des années 1990 dans la région de New York, États-Unis. Les styles abordés par la formation sont assez variés : punk rock, swamp rock, blues rock, post punk, punk blues, etc. Après deux albums studio, le groupe se sépare en 2001.
Le nom du groupe provient d'une murder ballad traditionnelle de la région des Appalaches, intitulée The Knoxville Girls (« les filles de Knoxville »).
