Gemma Geminorum (γ Geminorum / γ Gem) est une étoile située dans la constellation des Gémeaux. Elle est parfois appelée Alhena ou Almeisan.
Située à environ 105 années-lumière du système solaire, et de magnitude apparente +1,93, il s'agit d'une étoile de type spectral A0. Alhena est en fait une binaire spectroscopique, et possède un compagnon nettement moins lumineux de type spectral G.
Le nom « Alhena » est tiré de l'Arabe Al Han'ah, qui veut dire « la marque » (sur le cou du chameau) ; tandis que l'autre nom « Almeisan » vient de l'Arabe Al Maisan, « celle qui brille ».
