Wheelman un jeu d'action tel que Driver et Grand Theft Auto.
Le joueur doit effectuer ses missions dans la ville de Barcelone, dans lesquelles il pourra faire face à ses ennemis à pied, en voiture ou à moto.
Le jeu possède de vrais voitures tel que Opel Pontiac et autres.
