Tétrahydrocannabivarine ou THCV ou THV est un cannabinoïde psychoactif.
Bien que peu connu, car présent en quantité moindre dans le cannabis, c'est un analogue du delta-9-tétrahydrocannabinol (THC). Il peut être utilisé pour servir de marqueurs afin de différencier la consommation illicite (cannabis) et la consommation médicale (Dronabinol, Marinol).
Certains consommateurs le considéreraient comme plus performant que le THC car son effet serait plus rapide. Certains haschischs, comme le napali fabriqué en Inde, en contiendraient.
Les techniques modernes de culture et la génétique en ont fait augmenter la concentration dans certains plants.
