Pro Concept est une entreprise de développement informatique dont le siège est à Sonceboz dans le Jura bernois, la partie francophone du canton de Berne en Suisse.
L'entreprise est située au cœur d'une région bien dotée en hautes écoles et fortement développée d'un point de vue de l'industrie de précision et de l'horlogerie. Elle est active sur le marché des progiciels de gestion intégrés (Enterprise Resource Planning) destinés aux PME et administrations publiques. Ses filiales se trouvent à Gland, Baden, Saint-Gall, Annecy, Lyon et Paris ainsi qu'à Hong Kong et Shanghaï. Elle occupe 120 collaborateurs.
Histoire
- 1987 : Fondation de Pro Concept à La Chaux-de-Fonds.
- 1996 : L'entreprise emménage dans un nouveau bâtiment à Sonceboz.
- 2001 : Reprise de la société GIPSA, établie dans la région parisienne.
- 2004 : L’entreprise reçoit le prix d’«entrepreneur de l’année» décerné par Ernst&Young.
- 2006 : Création des filiales à Hong Kong et Shanghaï
- 2007 : L'entreprise est rachetée par l'éditeur de logiciels Sage Suisse SA The Sage Group
- 2009 : L'entreprise quitte le groupe Sage Suisse SA et reprend son indépendance. Le nom de l'entreprise est maintenant Solvaxis.
