Le SM Pia XIII est un club de rugby à XIII français, situé à Pia dans le département des Pyrénées-Orientales. L'équipe première du club évolue dans le championnat de France de rugby à XIII de première division : l'Élite 1.
Le club possède également une équipe réserve qui évolue en Nationale 1 sous le nom des Baroudeurs de Pia.
