Aqualung est un album de Jethro Tull sorti en 1971. Il est plus connu pour son premier morceau du même titre que l'album et qui parle d'un ivrogne sans-abri pédophile avec des problèmes pulmonaires, d'où le nom d'Aqualung (littéralement « poumon aquatique »). Un autre morceau, Cross-Eyed Mary, a été repris par la suite par le groupe de hard rock Iron Maiden.
Ian Anderson a toujours réfuté les allusions comme quoi cet album était un album-concept.
