Le District royal de Kensington et Chelsea (« Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea ») est une district de la Grand Londres, et l'un des seuls dans cette région (avec celui de Kingston upon Thames) à porter le titre honorifique de District Royal. Cette circonscription fut fondée en 1965 par fusion des boroughs de Kensington et de Chelsea.
Ce borough qui possède la plus forte densité de population de tout le Royaume-Uni, compte plusieurs districts :
Le fameux club de football de Chelsea Football Club n'est pas localisé dans ce borough mais se trouve dans le London Borough de Hammersmith et Fulham.
