Leipäjuusto
Le Juustoleipä ou Leipäjuusto est un fromage finlandais, fabriquéé à partir de colostrum de vache. Il se mange froid ou chaud, grillé à la poêle et souvent accompagné de plaquebière.
Sa consistance particulière fait qu'il couine sous la dent ou lorsqu'on le coupe.
