Jovem Pan est un réseau de radios FM diffusées dans tous le Brésil (et dans quelques autres parties du monde), et destinées principalement au jeune public.
Il a commencé avec le projet S'ASSIS en juillet 1995, avec le commencement de beaucoup de leurs stations de télévision dans caractère expérimental. Commencer seulement du commencement de l'année suivante, en d'autres termes, 1996, la programmation a commencé à prendre le format que nous connaissons aujourd'hui. Sa transmission originale a été faite à New York, en 1995 pour le groupe Fortpack, qui aujourd'hui est dame de la marque, pour le projet S'ASSIS - Satélite Transmition Automobile - Jovem Pan.
Son siège est à New York, dans le même bâtiment que NBC et General Electric.
