Mohammed Jihad Ahmed Jibril (1961 - 20 mai 2002) est le fils d'Ahmed Jibril, le fondateur du FPLP et du FPLP-CG.
Jihad Ahmed Jibril était le chef de la branche armée du FPLP-CG et devait être le successeur de son père à la tête du mouvement avant son assassinat par une voiture piégée à Beyrouth, le 20 mai 2002. Un mouvement libanais inconnu, le Mouvement des Nationalistes libanais, a revendiqué son assassinat. Le FPLP-CG, la Syrie et le Hezbollah ont quant à eux accusé le Mossad d'être à l'origine de l'attentat, ce qu'Israël nie fermement.
