J.C.Staff Co.,Ltd. (株式会社ジェー・シー・スタッフ, Kabushiki gaisha J C Sutaffu?) est un studio d'animation japonaise, fondé en janvier 1986. Il a produit et animé un grand nombre d'animes à succès, tels que Utena la fillette révolutionnaire, Excel Saga, Shingetsutan Tsukihime, Shakugan no Shana, Honey and Clover, Azumanga Daioh, et To Aru Majutsu no Index.

En 1986, Tomoyuki Miyata quitte Tatsunoko Production et part fonder son propre studio, J.C.Staff.

Le nom du studio serait l'abréviation de Japan Creative Staff.
