Incorporation (abrégé Inc. aux États-Unis) est une forme de nouvelle société aux États-Unis, en Grande-Bretagne, au Canada ou au Japon. La société peut être à but lucratif ou non-lucratif ou parfois même le gouvernement d'une nouvelle ville.

La loi principale régissant l'incorporation de ce pays est Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), depuis 1975. L'incorporation peut être effectuée à un niveau fédéral ou provincial/territorial.[1]
