Heaven & Hell est le neuvième album studio du groupe anglais de heavy metal Black Sabbath, sorti en 1980. Il est le premier album du groupe enregistré avec Ronnie James Dio au chant (et de ce fait, le premier album avec un chanteur différent d'Ozzy Osbourne depuis la création du groupe.).

Produit par Martin Birch, cet album fut un franc succès tant critique que commercial, le style de Dio se démarquant de celui d'Osbourne tant sur le plan vocal que créatif. Heaven And Hell a été certifié disque de platine aux USA par la RIAA en mai 1986[2] .
