form-Z est un logiciel de modélisation 3D publié par AutoDesSys. Il propose des fonctionnalités avancées de modelage de solides et de surfaces, incluant les NURBS, metaballs et surfaces de subdivision. Il est très populaire dans l'environnement du design architectural.

form-Z inclut une prévisualisation basique des rendus, mais il en supporte également beaucoup d'autres. form-Z RenderZone est la version du logiciel incluant les méthodes de rendu tels que l'Ombrage de Gouraud, le phong, le z-buffering et le raytracing. Le moteur de rendu est basé sur LightWorks. Une version incorporant en plus la radiosité est dénommée form-Z RadioZity.
