Les fettuccine (« petits rubans ») sont une variété de pâtes longues d'origine italienne, similaire aux tagliatelles. C'est une recette populaire en Italie, et particulièrement à Rome.

C'est une gamme connue des gourmands car c'est avec ce plat que la sauce bolognaise dite localement al ragù est classiquement utilisée.
