La société Family Sphere est un réseau d'agences spécialisées dans les Services à la personne.

Historique de la société

1er juin 2006, quinze sociétés de services aux personnes orientées vers l'enfance s'associaient sous la marque Family Sphere, afin de développer un réseau national à valeur ajoutée pour les parents et enfants. En novembre 2007, Axa Assistance réalise une prise de participation dans le capital.

En mai 2010, Family Sphere compte 80 agences.

En juillet 2010, AXA Assistance quitte le capital de Groupe Family Sphere en revendant ses parts à un bloc uni de 4 actionnaires qui détient depuis lors le contrôle majoritaire de l'entreprise.

En Avril 2011, après un conflit ayant duré plusieurs mois, les actionnaires décident de signer un accord de paix, et un pacte de non agression. 4 personnes sont désormais les seuls actionnaires de Groupe Family Sphere et non plus 15. Le réseau Family Sphere compte 68 agences début avril.

Le concept

Family Sphere accompagne les familles individuellement en leur proposant cinq types de prestations :

  1. La Garde d'enfant à domicile dès la naissance
  2. L’accompagnement école / domicile ou lors des activités extra-scolaires
  3. L’aide aux devoirs
  4. Le Soutien scolaire
  5. La Garde partagée avec un partenariat sur la mise en relation de famille[1]

Family Sphere a élaboré une charte qualité et a engagé une Démarche qualité avec le processus de qualification Qualicert, dont les premiers résultats devraient être publiés mi 2011. Family Sphere développe de nouveaux services comme la garde-partagée.
