Entreprises de taille humaine, indépendantes et de croissance, couramment connu sous son acronyme Ethic, est un syndicat patronal français. Fondé par Yvon Gattaz en 1976, il est dirigé par Sophie de Menthon depuis 1995 et fédère quelques centaines d'entreprises adhérentes tandis que 1 500 entreprises participent régulièrement aux évènements qu'Ethic organise.

Ethic se veut favorable à une meilleure intégration de l'individu dans l'entreprise, au moyen d'une charte Ethic et de sa participation au comité éthique du Medef.

Manifestations

Ethic a lancé la Fête de l'entreprise, avec le slogan « J'aime ma boîte », sur le modèle de ce qui existe déjà aux États-Unis. Elle a pour vocation de fédérer salariés et entrepreneurs le même jour, en partageant des moments de convivialité.

L'association organise régulièrement des conférences avec des intervenants renommés : Julien Dray, Nicolas Baverez, Frits Bolkestein, Françoise de Panafieu, Francis Mer ou Guillaume Sarkozy.

Chaque année a lieu un colloque sur un thème lié à l'entreprise, telle que « La flexibilité est-elle une arme contre la délocalisation ? » ou « Entreprendre dans les quartiers sensibles ».
