Electronic Business Group (EBG) est une association française créée en 1998 par Pierre Reboul et François-Henri Pinault.
Elle a pour objectif de rassembler les acteurs de l'internet, du marketing et du e-commerce.
L'EBG travaille essentiellement sur les thématiques liées à l'Internet, au marketing interactif et aux nouveaux médias.
En janvier 2009, l'association comptait environ 550 entreprises membres. Elle est basée à Paris, Francfort et San Francisco, son président actuel est Didier Quillot (Lagardère Active). Jean-Bernard Lévy (Vivendi), Martin Sorrell (WPP), Steve Ballmer (Microsoft), Gerhard Zeiler (RTL Group) et Wu Jianmin (Institut de la Diplomatie de Pékin) comptent au nombre de ses administrateurs.
