Delphi (Pink Sheets : DPHIQ,NYSE : DPH) est une entreprise spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication d'équipements pour l'automobile. Son siège se situe dans la ville de Troy (Michigan). Elle est issue d'une filiation de General Motors le 28 mai 1999.
Delphi est le plus gros fabricant de son secteur et emploie environ 185 000 employés à travers le monde dont 50 000 aux États-Unis. La compagnie travaille sur 167 sites qu'elle possède à travers le monde, participe à 41 coentreprises, 53 centrales d'achat et 33 centres techniques dans 38 pays. En France, ses principaux concurrents sont Bosch et Valeo.
Le 8 octobre 2005, Delphi a fait appel à la protection de loi sur les faillites (chapitre 11). Elle est actuellement dirigée par Steve Miller. Le 31 mars 2006, Delphi a annoncé la fermeture ou la vente de 21 des 29 usines en sa possession aux États-Unis.
