La conférence de San Remo est une conférence internationale qui a eu lieu du 19 au 26 avril 1920 à San Remo, en Ligurie, dans le nord-ouest de l'Italie.
Un comité supérieur, composé de représentants britanniques, français, italiens, grecs, japonais et belges, s'y réunit afin d'aborder les problèmes relatifs aux traités de paix conclus à la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale, dont celui des territoires de l'Empire ottoman.
Le 24 avril 1920, le Comité supérieur place la Palestine sous la responsabilité (mandat) du gouvernement britannique. Les Français reçurent un mandat sur la Syrie et le Liban. Les décisions relatives aux territoires ottomans font l'objet du traité de Sèvres en août de la même année.
