L'Urban Shield (Bouclier Urbain), est une compétition américaine qui a lieu chaque année, et qui regroupe différentes unités de secours américaines, principalement des forces de police.
Tous les ans, un thème est choisi et les équipes sont confrontées à une série de scénarios auxquels elles peuvent être amenées à faire face dans la vie réelle.
En 2009 la compétition a eu lieu dans la baie de San Francisco, et pour la première fois, une équipe étrangère était invitée à y participer, le RAID[1]. D'après le reportage Appel d'urgence diffusé sur TF1 le mercredi 13 janvier 2010, le RAID se serait classé 5eme lors de cette compétition.
