Surprise sur prise est une émission en caméra cachée conçue par l'humoriste québécois Marcel Béliveau. D'abord diffusée au Québec, elle est par la suite diffusée en France à la fin des années 1980.
Le concept consiste à piéger, avec l'utilisation de caméras cachées, des célébrités, le plus souvent avec la complicité d'une connaissance.
En France, Marcel Béliveau coanimera successivement cette émission avec les animateurs français Bernard Montiel, Jean-Pierre Foucault, Patrick Roy, Christophe Dechavanne et Patrick Sébastien, avant de la représenter avec Georges Beller puis Thierry Beccaro en solo à partir de septembre 1995.
Après l'arrêt de l'émission, des best of sont à plusieurs reprises proposées à la télévision. Le 5 juin 2010 par exemple, M6 diffuse Les 20 Surprise sur prise que les Francais n'oublieront jamais.
