La Rainbow Coalition (Coalition de l'arc-en-ciel) était une coordination de différents groupes politiques américains, créée en 1969. Elle comprenait les Black Panthers, Fred Hampton et Bobby Lee[1] s'étant en particulier impliqué dedans, les Young Lords (chicanos), la Young Patriots Organization (en) (groupe blanc des Appalaches, présent à Uptown, Chicago), Rising Up Angry, et d'autres collectifs. Sa création fut rendue publique par le journal des Black Panthers le 7 juin 1969. Elle envoya des représentants à la convention de la Students for a Democratic Society.
Active principalement à Chicago, elle visait à prévenir les conflits entre jeunes des quartiers et à former un front commun contre le maire Richard Daley.
