Phil Kennemore est un musicien bassiste de hard-rock de nationalité américaine, né le 20 octobre 1953 et décédé d'un cancer du poumon à l'hopital de Stanford dans la matinée du vendredi 7 janvier 2011. Il était avec le guitariste Dave Meniketti un des co-fondateurs du groupe de hard-rock Yesterday & Today, connu dans les années 80 sous l'abréviation Y&T.
