Pseudepidalea sicula est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Bufonidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique de la Sicile et des îles Favignana et Ustica en Italie, elle se rencontre jusqu'à 1 200 m d'altitude.
