L'American Commerce Center est un gratte-ciel en construction à Philadelphie, en Pennsylvanie. Avec 460 m de hauteur et 63 étages, le bâtiment dominera l'horizon de Philadelphie, surplombant ainsi de 150 m le plus haut bâtiment de la ville : le Comcast Center. La tour sera connectée à un hôtel de 26 étages (144 mètres) de la chaîne Story Hotel, et à l'esplanade publique le long de la 18e rue. La connexion sera effectuée par une passerelle de plusieurs étages surmontée d'un jardin.
A terme, il sera le plus haut gratte-ciel des États-Unis derrière la Freedom Tower (New York).
