Caribbean Canadian Chemical Company, plus connue sous le nom de Laboratoires 4C, est un fabricant haïtien de produits pharmaceutiques basé à Port-au-Prince.
4C fut fondée en 1952 par un consortium haïtiano-canadien. En 1978, la gestion changea de main avec son acquisition par un groupe d'investisseurs haïtiens. La compagnie s'est diversifiée dans la fabrication de produits commerciaux et d'hygiène et est aussi le distributeur des marques de Kimberly-Clark pour Haïti.
Aujourd'hui 4C compte plus de 180 spécialités et un effectif de 330 salariés. [1] adih.ht
