Yoga surat shabda

Le yoga surat shabda est une forme de pratique spirituelle pratiquée dans la tradition Sant Mat et autres traditions semblables. Surat est un mot sanscrit signifiant âme, shabda est "le Verbe" et yoga veut dire "union".

Le Verbe, comme dans l'évangile selon Jean, signifie la vibration primordiale du Dieu suprême.
