Windsor est une ville du Québec, située dans la municipalité régionale de comté du Val-Saint-François, dans la région administrative de l'Estrie.

Windsor possède la productive usine de pâtes et papier Domtar. En 2006, sa population s'élèvait à 5483 habitants. Au mois de juin, un festival s'y déroule, le festival du papier. Le 29 décembre 1999, la petite municipalité environnante de Saint-Grégoire-de-Greenlay s'est fusionnée à Windsor, dans le cadre d'une initiative locale. Depuis 2005, Windsor a pour maire Malcom Wheeler, qui remplace l'ex-maire Louis Saint-Laurent.
