L'US Open est un tournoi de squash annuel, inscrit au PSA en tant que Super Series. Ce tournoi fut créé en 1954. En 1966, il fut combiné avec le Canadian Open et fut appelé alors le North American Open qui devint l'un des tournois les plus prestigieux du circuit. Enfin en 1985, l'US Open (United States Open) retrouva son nom d'origine en utilisant un format international (à noter que le tournoi North American Open continua parallèlement). Il se déroule en général à Boston.
