Fondée en 1886 à Heubach en Allemagne, Triumph International est un groupe international leader du marché de la lingerie. Alors qu'à ses débuts la société n'employait que six salariés, elle réalise aujourd'hui un chiffre d'affaires supérieur à 2.3 milliard de Francs suisses (en 2009) et emploie plus de 37 500 collaborateurs. Sloggi, HOM et Valisère sont des marques qui appartiennent au groupe.
En 2010, le groupe rachète la marque suisse Beldona qui est le leader dans le domaine de la lingerie et de la mode de bain avec environ 70 succursales et 350 collaboratrices dans toute la Suisse[1].
