Trisomie 21 est un groupe de musique New wave français de Denain près de Valenciennes. Il est classé musique industrielle et coldwave en France. Il a été créé par les frères Lomprez. Ils ont été créatifs au cours des années 1980 et 1990. Les titres les plus connus sont The Last Song, La Fête triste, Il se noie. L'ultime concert du groupe a eu lieu au vk* à Bruxelles le 10 avril 2010.
