Toronto Peace Festival
Le "Toronto Peace Festival est un festival de rock'n'roll revival, pour la paix, offert le 13 septembre 1969 au Varsity Stadium de l'Université de Toronto devant un public de 10 000 spectateurs. Tous les plus grands représentants du rock'n'roll s'y produisent comme Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Little Richard, John Lennon et Gene Vincent ainsi que des groupes actuels comme The Doors, Alice Cooper et Chicago
Ce festival sera immortalisé par l'une des plus grandes figures du cinéma pop "D.A Pennebaker" et fera l'objet de plusieurs sorties de films, dont le plus connu est Sweet Toronto/Keep On Rockin avec la légendaire prestation de John Lennon, le leader des Beatles.
