Orthosiphon est un genre de la famille des Lamiaceae.

Propriétés pharmacologiques

La feuille et la sommité florale ont des propriétés diurétiques et cholagogue (facilite l'élimination de la bile). Orthosiphon est donc utilisé dans les régimes amincissants.
