The Coral est un groupe anglais (Hoylake, Wirral, près de Liverpool) formé en 1996 par :

  • James Skelly (chanteur, guitare)
  • Ian Skelly (batterie)
  • Paul Duffy (basse, saxophone)
  • Lee Southall (chanteur, guitare)
  • Nick Power (orgue)

Le 9 janvier 2008, le groupe a annoncé que le guitariste et trompettiste Bill Ryder-Jones quitte le groupe, mais que le groupe continuera à jouer à cinq.

Dans la série Scrubs, saison 2, épisode 10 "Mon monstre" on peut entendre "Dreaming of you". Dans la saison 6, épisode 18 "Ma Chasse Gardée", on peut y entendre "Pass It On".
