Le TIPH (« Temporary International Presence in the city of Hebron », traduit en Présence internationale temporaire à Hébron) est une mission d'observation civile dans la cité d'Hébron en Cisjordanie. Cette mission est composé d'observateurs venant du Danemark, d'Italie, de Norvège, de Suède, de Suisse, et de Turquie.
Hébron est une ville arabe palestinienne où une minorité de juifs vivent encore à côté du tombeau des patriarches après avoir été massacré par les habitants lors du massacre d'Hébron de 1929. La tâche principale du TIPH est de surveiller et de rapporter les incidents provoqués par les israéliens. Le TIPH n'est pas autorisé à intervenir directement dans les incidents et n'a pas une fonction militaire ou de police.
Le mandat du TIPH est le fruit de négociations conduites par le Front de libération de la Palestine et Israël entre 1994 et 1997.[réf. nécessaire]
Lors de la crise internationale des caricatures de Mahomet, les membres danois de la Présence internationale temporaire à Hébron (TIPH) ont dû quitter la ville ou cesser d'y patrouiller début février 2006 (annoncée par la radio publique israélienne le 8 février 2006)[1]. Le 24 avril 2006, le TIPH a repris sa mission. En mars 2007, un membre suédois du TIPH a été blessé à la tête par une pierre lancée par un colon (source:site officiel du TIPH).
