Zips (en latin : Scepusium, en allemand : Zips, en hongrois Szepesség ou Szepes, en slovaque : Spiš, en polonais : Spisz) est une région d'Europe centrale, au sud des Hautes Tatras.

Elle se situe de nos jours en majeure partie en Slovaquie avec une petite partie en Pologne.

Cette région forma un comitat du royaume de Hongrie entre le XIe siècle et 1918. La partie slovaque est actuellement une région touristique de Slovaquie portant le nom de Spiš.
