Savile Row, aussi connue sous le nom de The Row compte plusieurs tailleurs pour hommes haut de gamme : Gieves & Hawkes (no 1), Kilgour French Stanbury (no 8), Dege & Skinner (no 10), H Huntsman (no 11), Henry Poole & Co (no 15), Norton & Sons (no 16), Anderson & Sheppard (no 30).

Savile Row a connu aussi une grande notoriété grâce aux Beatles qui y installèrent, en 1968-1969, les bureaux de leur maison de disques Apple Corps, au n°3 de la rue, avec un studio d'enregistrement situé au sous-sol. Celui-ci servit à enregistrer des chansons de bien d'autres artistes qu'uniquement les Beatles comme le groupe gallois Badfinger. Le fameux rooftop concert des Beatles s'est tenu sur le toit de leur maison de disques et donc sur Savile Row.
