Sir Richard Cyril Byrne Haking (1862-1945) Militaire britannique.
Lorsque la Première Guerre mondiale éclate, il a le commandement de la 5e brigade. Il est blessé le 14 septembre à la tête, s'ensuivra un repos de 3 mois.
De septembre à décembre 1915, il commande la Ie Division.
Après l'Armistice de 1918 il fut à la tête de la délégation britannique de la Commission d'armistice.
