Asnath (en hébreu: אָסְנַת, de l'égyptien ancien "don du dieu-soleil") est une femme mentionnée dans le livre de la Genèse en tant que fille de Potiphera, prêtre d'Héliopolis (même étymologie que Potiphar, l'officier de Pharaon qui achète Joseph comme serviteur puis comme intendant de sa maison).
Devenu vice-roi d'Égypte, Joseph prend Asnath pour épouse et ils ont deux enfants: Manassé et Éphraïm dont les descendants donneront deux des douze tribus d'Israël.
D'après un Midrach de la tradition juive, Asnath serait la fille de Dinah, fille de Jacob, qui a été violée à Sichem. Il semblerait que Asnath soit koushite.
